Virtual IT Days are
Pre-paid engineering days, these are split up in to distinct areas:
Remote Support, onsite desktop support and Server\Network support.
These days can be called off at anytime, giving you preferential
access to our engineers over non-contractual requests. They may also
be used to cover holidays and sick days of your own staff.

remote support option gives you piece of mind that help is at
